Where are you located?

I currently run this happy little shop from my home in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, under supervision of my cat son/overlord Benny, and with mucho tech help from my fiancé, Matt! 

Where do you ship?

As of right now, we only ship within North America. The newest VAT taxes for the UK and Europe are confusing and expensive. Hopefully, as the business grows, we will be able to expand shipping areas.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow up to 5 days to process your order, and then once your package is sent out with Canada Post, depending on where you are, it could take over a month to arrive. Within Canada it should be much quicker than that (likely one to two weeks) as that is where I am located, but US orders could take possibly up to two months. Once the post office has your order it is out of our hands and we know as much about it as you do. But if your order does not arrive within two months, please don't hesitate to contact us!

A note about our apparel:

Please note that if you order a shirt and jewellery or stationery within the same order, they will arrive as two separate packages at different times. Our shirts ship to you directly from the manufacturer, but all jewellery and stationery items are shipped by me, personally. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding! :) Don't be alarmed if one item arrives super quick and the other takes a while. And if you don't receive something within 2 months, please contact us.

Do you accept returns?

We are a very small business, and so all sales are final. We cannot afford to cover returns and refunds. If something arrives damaged, or destroyed, please contact us with photos and we will be happy to send you a replacement.
